Praying and Meditating

Try to notice low-vibration feelings such as worry or fear within yourself. When you get these feelings, pray or meditate instead, and you will be able to raise your vibration. Dwelling in low-vibration feelings is not very likely to produce a positive outcome whereas praying and meditation are.

Hundreds of books have been written of praying and meditating and it is very likely that you are already familiar with one or both of these methods that can be used for self-healing. Just as a refresher: align your words with your feelings, your thoughts with your emotions, and let yourself connect to higher vibrations and existences. Ask Ang-els and your Soul consciousness to guide you in healing. But most of all: be gentle with yourself and give yourself a permission to heal.
